We’re looking for at least 50 Service Desk Agent to our international Shared Service Center partner in Budapest and to make them well prepared, we provide them an intensive training for free!
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and/or German
- Minimum high school degree
- Technical, IT or economical degree is an advantage
- Strong MS office knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of customer service is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are also welcome!
