While application for Growww positions is already ongoing in numerous MOL Group member companies in 14 countries, the MOL Group Headquarter (HQ) in Budapest launches the international graduate program. Applications are accepted until May 15 2013.
Applications for MOL Group’s international graduate program, Growww2013 commenced on 1 March 2013 in several MOL Group member companies. The aim of the general program is to employ the best graduates and young talents from various professions from petroleum and mechanical engineers to geologist, economists and other business administration specialists.
Parallel with member companies, MOL Group HQ is also seeking talented graduates within the framework of Growww program.
MOL Group HQ is a new international organisation established in 2012 through MOL’s governance structure realignment process, GLOCAL. In the new set-up HQ manages, governs, directs and controls all group-wide operations, but it focuses on key strategic decisions.
This new program edition offers 28 graduates the unique opportunity to begin their career in the Headquarter of an international company located in Budapest, gain work experience under professional guidance, and prove themselves in a cross-cultural working environment.
Who can apply?
All graduates and young talents with maximum of two years of experience are eligible for applying coming from Group’s 14 countries where Growww program is implemented. MOL Group’s countries with Growww program: Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Romania, Pakistan, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Iraq, Oman, Russia, and Serbia. General requirement that candidates need to meet are advanced level of English, advanced level of IT user skills and outstanding communication skills with pro-active and energetic attitude.
