The purpose of the Logistics network configuration study is to develop a set of proposals for the leadership team on how to adjust its distribution network to the changing supply routes and the expected future demand. The task of the candidate(s) is to develop a model that allows for cost and inventory optimization at predefined service levels and is capable of mapping sensitivity to key input variables using two different approaches.
