Our headquarters are in a prime city centre location giving you iimmediate access to all that Barcelona has to offer. This isn’t a sit at a desk internship, you will be out and about in this fabulous city of Barcelona, learning all about yourself and the Catalan culture. It will be challenging at times, but you will meet some fab people and make a lot of new friends. A part of the time will be hands on customer interaction (assisting our shop manager with customer service and information, vehicle checks & preparation for groups, monitor the daily accounts, reception and check in- check outs) and the rest of the time behind the scenes working on your project. Make no mistake – you won’t be making the coffee or photocopying! You will be an important member of the team, and we’ll give you every opportunity to realize your potential during your time with us.  This internship is full-time, paid position, which must last at least six months. You are preferably about to finish your studies or recently graduated. As Sales & Accounts Assistant you will help our Sales Director optimize revenue from Groups, Resellers, and On-Car Publicity. You will also ensure that the customers coming through these channels enjoy the best possible service from the very first contact with GoCar until the final customer feedback. Constantly start collaborations with as many new agencies and resellers as possible. Build great relationships with existing customers through regular meetings, competitions, newsletter, events etc. Group Execution In close collaboration with the Operations Director ensure that group events are executed professionally and that customers enjoy the best possible service. Occasional driving is required, in particular guiding groups when necessary.
