Job Description:
For Cassidian in Unterschleißheim within Project Support, department Project Management Office – Strategy/Architecture/Portfolio, we are looking for a working student for six months.The start date is flexible.Working students are students who are enrolled at an university/Fachhochschule etc. and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position in parallel to their studies. It must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis. This employment usually takes place directly on the company’s premises. A working student’s main focus remains their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week. Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so that they can combine studying and employment. The department Project Management Office provides professional project management methodology and tools and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the portfolio management. PMO is also responsible to manage and control all strategic IM projects along the project life cycle including handover to operations.

-Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:- Helping to organise, conduct and follow up a Windows 7 rollout for several countries- Monitoring rollout progress, creating and updating progress reports- Monitoring rollout problems and issues, supporting in resolving these issues, monitoring resolving – Creating and update status reports- Helping to create and update presentations- Supporting the team in the daily business

-Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:- Enrolled student within Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Economics or similar field of study- Very good level of proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- English: advanced- German: advanced- Ability to work accurately and independently – Good organisation and communication skills
