Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator will assume responsibility for end to end delivery of customer enhancements and modifications. It is expected that the Project Coordinator will learn our products and become the go to person for implementation of specific product add-ons. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with our third party vendors for status updates which will also assist Project Managers in support of larger implementations.
The Project Coordinator will coordinate project activities and deliverables. They will be responsible, in full or in part, for any deliverables outlined by the Manager or Project Managers to achieve project objectives and complete other tasks as assigned by the Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and maintain schedules for multiple projects while communicating progress to key stakeholders.
* Manage and coordinate project meetings and record/maintain meeting minutes; record and maintain project issues, risks, scope changes, decision logs, and resource management issues.
* Build repeatable processes in support of key product areas.
* Act as PMO point of contact while engaging with third party vendors such as Cybersource and Fiserv.
* Stand in for Project Managers when needed.
* Effectively work with the client to effectively gather business requirements and manage client expectations.
* Proactively communicate accurate and timely implementation status reports, issues and risks and maintain open communication with assigned development teams.
* Utilize a sense of urgency to provide immediate escalation of project ‘red flags’ and/or conflicts
* Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.

* Guarantee the attainment of key milestones by proactively tracking metrics and project outputs.
* Conduct planning and operational readiness assessments to provide an effective transition into production.

Qualifications:

* 1-3 years related project management support/coordination experience, and experience with project scheduling tool(s) or the ability to learn using a combination of education and internship experience.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
* The ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization as well as external clients to clearly communicate status and risks.
* Proven aptitude and perseverance in problem solving and learning.
